Pamela Parker, Owner has been operating Acqua Bistro restaurant since 2002. Both Pam and Executive Chef, Joe Welch have had a lifetime of experience in hospitality and restaurant businesses.

With goals of increasing the quality and sophistication of the menu, consistency of quality and service and expansion in mind, many improvements have been made, all to the delight of their customers.

In 2003 the restaurant doubled in size with the addition of an adjacent dining room. In 2004 the patio dining overlooking the Nabanusit River was added. Wine Dinners were another pleasant addition during those endless winter months. These dinners include a variety of wines that compliment the meal highlighting a particular Vineyard. Special dining menus were added for Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve, much to the delight of those who attended.

Pam Parker and Joe Welch are looking forward to continuing traditions and adding new cuisine and events for your enjoyment.
